I believe that finding the sweet spot where business needs, technical capability and user wants are being met is critical for success and this requires close collaboration with stakeholders across organizations.

I bring this perspective into conversations with people holding roles in leadership, product management and engineering to formalize requirements and harmonize a UX approach that will enable a design led solution.

Management

I manage a cross-functional team made up of designers, researches and prototypers through a tried and tested user centered process. This methodology  includes deliberating, testing and iterating multiple points of view to create simple, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use interfaces.
